As President of the iThrive Impact Foundation, based in Edmonton, Canada, I, Beatrice Adu Boateng provides visionary leadership and strategic direction to ensure the organization fulfills its mission of building stronger, safer, and more inclusive communities.
On a daily basis, I oversees program development, ranging from refugee settlement and workforce training to cultural initiatives and senior support services. I works closely with a dedicated board of directors, staff, and volunteers to align resources with the community’s most pressing needs. Under my leadership, iThrive Impact Foundation has expanded its services, creating a broader safety net that includes educational workshops, housing support, and cultural integration programs.
As the organization’s chief advocate, the President represents iThrive in conversations with government agencies, partner organizations, and donors. I also secures funding, builds partnerships, and champions policies that promote equity and opportunity.
I embodies the values of compassion, resilience, and empowerment. Her leadership is not only about administration but about inspiring others — volunteers, community leaders, and residents alike — to come together for a shared purpose: to create a community where everyone, regardless of background, has the chance to thrive.
